Will your plugin slow down my website?

Nope! We take optimization seriously and make sure that only the required files are loaded at any given time. The files are so small that it would be difficult to measure any performance impact.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. That means you can receive a refund for a full 30 days after purchasing one of our plugins, no questions asked. Further details can be found in our Refund Policy.

Is there a free trial?

We don’t offer free trials. They are a hassle to build out and maintain in the code. Instead, we provide a lot of documentation and a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We’re also happy to answer any pre-sales questions here.

Do you offer a monthly payment option?

We only offer annual payment options at this time.

My site runs on WP Engine and referral tracking isn't working. What can I do?

WP Engine sanitizes URLs and removes gclid and utm data. WP Engine does this to save money by serving up fewer uncached pages. We don’t think this is good for websites, since it hinders conversion tracking and reporting. 

You can open a ticket with them and request a cache exclusion for gclid and utm parameters on your site, which should solve the issue. If they won’t do this, or things still don’t work, consider migrating your site to a WordPress host that doesn’t break URL parameters. We recommend Lightning Base (affiliate link).
