Do you offer a monthly payment option?
We only offer annual payment options at this time.
What happens to my data if I deactivate or uninstall the plugin?
If you deactivate or uninstall the plugin, you will not be able to access its tracking data until you reactivate it. The tracking data won’t be removed from the database if the plugin is deactivated or uninstalled, but you won’t be able to view it. When you reactivate it, you’ll need to re-enable our plugin on each form you want to track or use the option in our plugin to activate it on all forms at once.
If you want to remove our plugin, we strongly recommend exporting your form entry data prior to doing so in order to create a backup of the data we added to your form entries. We can never guarantee that our data will persist in your database after our plugin has been removed.
How long do you track each user?
Our plugins place a cookie on the user’s device that stays in place for seven days. We use first-click attribution, so the original source they come in from will be reported in the form entry data.
